Shipping Policy

• WHAT ARE THE COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES?

For orders over €250 including tax: delivery is free by Colissimo or Colissimo relay to the address of your choice, in France.
For orders less than €250 including tax: Camille de Saint-Léger offers delivery by Colissimo or Colissimo relay to the address of your choice in France for an amount of €5.00. The average delivery time is 2 or 3 working days. (Orders are processed within 24 hours and delivery is then made within 48 hours of dispatch.)
Camille de Saint-Léger does her utmost to ensure that orders are shipped quickly.
It is possible that the shipping time may be extended by 1 or 2 days during the weeks of the collection launch.

• I MAY BE ABSENT DURING DELIVERY, HOW DO I COLLECT MY PACKAGE?

In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox and will allow you to collect the package the next day at your post office.
You can also consider having it delivered to your workplace by changing the shipping address for the next order.

• HOW TO TRACK MY PACKAGE?

As soon as your order is shipped, we send you a confirmation email in which a link will allow you to follow the delivery of your package in real time.
