Terms of Sales

I- Application of the general conditions of sale

These general conditions of sale (hereinafter the “CGV”) apply to the website of the Maison Saint-Léger online store accessible at the address www.camilledesaintleger.com.
We thank you for reading these General Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Website and placing an order on the Website.
The sales contract is subject to French legislation.

II- Products

The products offered for sale on the website are valid while stocks last.
Your order constitutes acceptance of the price offered. Once your order is confirmed, you agree to be bound by a sales contract, subject to product availability and validation of your payment.
Maison Saint-Léger reserves the possibility of being temporarily or definitively out of stock and of not being able to deliver a product in this event.
In the event that an ordered product proves to be unavailable, for reasons beyond Maison Saint-Léger, the customer will be informed by email. The order will be automatically canceled and refunded. Maison Saint-Léger may offer the Customer a replacement product of equivalent quality and price.
In the event of cancellation confirmed by the customer, Maison Saint-Léger will take the necessary steps to reimburse the customer the amount already advanced, within thirty days at the latest of becoming aware of the choice made by the customer. No compensation can be requested in the event of an order cancellation.
Maison Saint-Léger takes the greatest care in the presentation and description of these products to best satisfy the customer's information. However, it is possible that non-substantial errors may appear on the site, which the customer acknowledges and accepts.

III- Order

All order tracking will be done exclusively by email. Maison Saint-Léger will confirm to the customer, by writing to them at the email address provided by the Customer, that their request is accepted. Any sale will only be concluded upon confirmation of the order by Maison Saint-Léger to the Customer.
The order is in principle processed as quickly as possible (except in cases of force majeure). The Customer will receive confirmation of the information specific to the accepted order within ten working days at the latest of Maison Saint-Léger becoming aware of the order.
Maison Saint-Léger reserves the right not to follow up on a Customer's order - for example in the event that there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order - and will inform the Customer within ten days working hours from receipt of the order.
The information communicated by the Customer when he expresses his wish to order products from Maison Saint-Léger binds him: if he communicates incorrect contact details for the recipient, Maison Saint-Léger cannot be held responsible in any way. of the impossibility in which it might find itself delivering the order.

IV- Price and payment terms

Prices are invoiced in Euro based on the rates in force at the time of the order, subject to possible entry errors or modification of the VAT rate.
Offers are valid while stocks last.
The prices displayed on the Maison Saint-Léger Brands website include 20% French VAT.
Furthermore, Maison Saint-Léger reserves the right to update the prices indicated at any time and without prior notification.
It is up to the customer to check the final price of the desired products before ordering.
For any delivery outside mainland France, contact our customer service. In this case, any customs fees and local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Payment for purchases is made via Mollie. The data recorded and kept by Maison Saint-Léger constitutes proof of the order and all past transactions. The data recorded by Mollie constitutes proof of financial transactions.

V- Delivery

Delivery times indicated are in working days. Deliveries are ensured by the Post Office services in Colissimo or Colissimo relay from Monday to Saturday.
You can opt for delivery of your order to your home or to the recipient's address of your choice. For delivery outside mainland France, contact us for a quote (contact@camilledesaintleger.com)
Orders are processed within 24 hours and delivery is then made within 48 hours of dispatch. In order for these deadlines to be respected, the customer must ensure that they have communicated accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes , names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).
The deadlines indicated are indicative deadlines, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times. Maison Saint-Léger cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delivery delay not due to its fault.
In the event of an abnormally long delivery time or non-receipt of ordered products, the customer can contact customer service by e-mail at contact@camilledesaintleger.com. An investigation will then be opened with La Poste in order to locate your package. The duration of this investigation can vary from 2 weeks to 1 month, depending on the period.
If the package is found, it will be immediately reshipped to the address indicated when ordering.
If the package is declared lost by La Poste, the products will be reshipped (while stocks last) or refunded. No refund or return of products can be made before the investigation is closed.

VI- Shipping costs

For orders less than €250 including tax: the contribution to postage and packaging costs amounts to the amount indicated on the site depending on the destination areas; the products are delivered by Colissimo or Colissimo relay. For orders greater than or equal to €250 including tax: shipping costs are covered by Maison Saint-Léger; the products are delivered by Colissimo or Colissimo relay. Delivery takes place within 72 hours.

VII- Exchanges, refunds and returns

In application of articles L.121-20 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer may request a refund or exchange, within 14 days of receipt of their order. The 14-day period begins the day after delivery of the goods. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the first following working day.
The return of the product(s) is covered by the Customer. The product(s) must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, with its original label attached. To make a return, the customer must declare a return from their customer area on the order concerned.

Any reservations about the condition of the products (e.g. open or damaged package) must be notified immediately upon delivery.

VIII- Intellectual and industrial property

All illustrations, images, characters, methods of presentation, graphics, characters on the site are and remain the exclusive property of Maison Saint-Léger or of the holders of said rights having granted an exploitation right to Maison Saint-Léger. Any reproduction, representation or use of said rights by a Client will constitute an offense giving rise to legal action.

IX- Data confidentiality

Maison Saint-Léger treats all information concerning you with the utmost confidentiality. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning you.
The customer is likely to receive, from Maison Saint-Léger, offers relating to products similar to those already ordered, or newsletters. He will have the right to object at any time according to the terms specified in each sending.

X- Disputes

Maison Saint-Léger cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, and in particular, in the event of natural disaster, war, strike, flood, fire, etc.
In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the contract, the French court will have sole jurisdiction.
